Greg was very special to me. We spent alot more time together as adults than we did as children. We visited each others' homes on various occasions. I always knew Greg loved me and would be "there" for me if/when I needed him. That meant alot. I love him, and miss him already. Letty, thank you for taking such excellent care of him, for loving him during the difficult times and bringing us all joy just knowing you. God bless you always.

So many years ago...all of us kids, so much fun, carefree and growing up on Amy Street! I remember the furniture store in the corner of Pleasant Grove Shopping Center where Greg and Ricky's dad, Dean, worked. Precious, long ago memories of our journey on this earth. My thoughts and prayers are with the Smith families thru this difficult time.

I loved Greg. I didn't get to know him very well until just a couple of years ago, but I'm so glad I did. I will miss his emails and talking with him. I'm sorry for your loss, but glad he's at peace now and no longer in pain.

It's time rest in peace my brother. No more fighting the pain. You've won your long battle. When we all get up there with you we will start the football games, the track meets and the baseball games over again and become winners all together again. I still remember the weekend of a holiday when three Texas Tech football players challenged you, Don and me to touch football. We were barely in high school and we tore em up and almost had to fight em to get away from John Ireland. We are all 62 now and I will never forget. Peace my brother and don't get too itchy waiting for us. Again, rest in peace and share youself with the Lord. Lette, God bless you for being there and take care of one of us old Grove Rats. We all look up to you for your love and caring you gave to him. It will be lonely without him but remember who he is with now and that will comfort you. Thanks for being there, Rimp

We lived right across the street from Greg, his brother, mom and dad. Those were the good old days when you could actually walk to the Pleasant Grove Shopping Center and pay a visit to Mr. Smith. My prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.

Remembering the good "ole" days driving Greg and my brothers, Ron and Don (sometimes Rimpley) to school, football games and school dances, Seems like a short time ago. Greg always remembered the "dragon" I had on my dash in my 1956 blue chevy. God bless. From: Johnn K Adams
